It is my intention to provide my guest with a professional and therapeutic onsite massage. The following policies and procedures serve as a guide for first-time and regular onsite massage clients of Unida Massage Relaxation and Treatment Clinic.
At Unida Massage, I understand that unanticipated events occur in everyone's life. Unforeseen events such as last minute meetings, traffic considerations, and project deadlines, are just a few reasons why one might consider canceling an onsite massage appointment.
In my commitment to provide a unique and outstanding massage experience to all of my clients and out of consideration for my time, I have adopted the following policies:
ARRIVAL TO YOUR ONSITE MASSAGE
Please arrive for your onsite massage appointment 5 minutes prior to the scheduled starting time. This allows you the time for a relaxed and unhurried experience. If late arrival is inevitable, my service(s) will be short- end in order to keep on schedule. No full or partial refund will be given.
LATE ARRIVAL POLICY
I regret that late arrivals will not receive extensions of scheduled onsite massage appointments. In special cases and when my schedule will allow, I may be able to accommodate a partial or full appointment. This will be in my discretion and only with proper, advanced notification of your late arrival. The original reservation fee will be charged.
CANCELLATION/ MODIFICATION POLICY
Clients must provide at least 2 hours of notice if you need to reschedule, cancel, or modify your appointment in any way.
NO SHOW POLICY
I have the rights to refuse service to clients who fails to show for onsite massage .
INCLEMENT WEATHER POLICY
If an event is canceled by the client for inclement weather, no fee will be charged to the client. Unida Massage reserves the right to cancel an event in the case of inclement weather if it jeopardizes my safety.
PAYMENT POLICIES
Payment for services are due at the end of the day on the day of service. I accept cash, debit or credit cards.
INFORMED CONSENT
Prior to each onsite massage session, the treatment plan will be discussed with you. At your first visit with me you will receive a health information form to fill out.
EXISTING AND NEW MEDICAL CONDITIONS
It is the responsibility of the client to keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any medical treatment currently being taken and to provide written permission from the physician, chiropractor, physical therapist, etc. that the onsite massage may be continued. The client must also keep the onsite massage therapist informed of any changes in health conditions.
CONFIDENTIALITY AND CONVERSATION
The discussion between onsite massage therapist and the client is confidential. The client may or may not choose to talk during the onsite massage. I am happy to listen to your conversation and share my professional expertise. I prefer not to discuss topics of political, private , or sexual nature.
RESPECT FOR CLIENTS NEEDS AND BOUNDARIES
I am happy to adjust pressure, musical volume, work longer on an area or move on if you request it. The client may choose to refuse any onsite massage method, stop massage at any time , and is free to leave.
